The Fundamentals of Architecture and Design High Schools
Pipeline development is essential to the future of the architecture profession. Charter and public high schools for architecture and design address this issue head-on. With a curriculum focused on architecture and design, these schools help to strengthen students' interest in the design professions, build their skill set, and prepare them for the challenge of architecture school.
"The Fundamentals of Architecture and Design High Schools" webinar will introduce participants to two such schools: the Design and Architecture Senior High School (DASH), a public school in Miami, FL; and the Charter High School for Architecture and Design (CHAD) in Philadelphia, PA. Hear about the history and vision of each school, as well as the partnerships and collaborations that have led to their success.
