PRIVACY POLICY
The privacy and online safety of AAO and A+DEN members is very important to us. To protect your privacy, we limit the personal information that we collect from you and publish on the website, and we do not otherwise share your data with anyone.
Using the A+DEN Website
You can find basic information and resources about K-12 architecture and design education on this website without registering or providing any personal information. But if you want to upload your own information, add comments, or access more detailed information, you must be a current member of the Association of Architecture Organizations (AAO). To become a member of AAO, visit www.aaonetwork.org for a membership application, or email aao[at]architecture[dot]org. After joining you will also need to register for an account on the website.
When choosing a username, keep in mind that it will be seen by others. We strongly encourage you to choose a username different than your full name. We will review and may remove any username at our sole discretion.
When you register for an account on the website, we ask for some information.
The required information is your username, email address, password, and full name Your phone number or business address are optional. We ask for your email address so that we can tell you when there are important changes to or new features in this site. We make private any profile information you have given us on the website, and that private information will be available only to other current members of the AAO and A+DEN.
We do not share, sell, or rent your information to anyone.
Changing Your Password
You can change your password, or update your personal information at any time. To do this, visit the "edit" tab at the top of your personal information page. This page appears when you initially log-in to www.adenweb.org.
Deleting Your Account
If you wish to delete your account, please email aao[at]architecture.org and provide us 1) the username, and 2) the email address used on the account.

AAO, A+DEN, and CAF seek to provide an environment where teachers, parents, and architecture professionals can interact safely among themselves and also with their peers, friends, and people around them.
We need all users to report suspicious people and inappropriate content they may encounter on this site.
Despite AAO, A+DEN, and CAF's safety and privacy controls, we cannot guarantee that this site is entirely free of illegal or offensive material, or that its users will not encounter inappropriate or illegal conduct from other members. Consequently, you may encounter such content and conduct. You can help us avoid such problematic content by notifying us of any objectionable content by emailing us at aao[at]architecture.org.
Where confidential complaints are made through this site reporting tool, we will use our best efforts promptly to remove the objectionable content or conduct and to warn or, as appropriate, to bar from the site those transmitting such content or engaging in such conduct, usually within 24 hours of receiving your complaint. Where a complaint is made by independent email to aao[at]architecture.org, we will seek to acknowledge receipt of your complaint and begin addressing your complaint within 1 business day of receipt. We will seek to report back to you within 3 business days of receiving your email complaint to inform you of the steps that have been taken to address the complaint.
